Nutritional Therapy aims to support the entire body, rather than simply address specific symptoms. It is rooted in bio-individuality — each client receives a personalized protocol tailored to their unique health concerns and goals — because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellbeing. Nutritional Therapy uses specific tools to assess the body’s imbalances and addresses those imbalances using dietary, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations.
-
Often times, other disciplines of nutritional therapy are focused on using standardized protocols to treat specific diseases and conditions. As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, my focus is on helping the body restore its own balance and wellbeing, using a holistic approach that is tailored to your specific health concerns and goals. I work with you to create a customized protocol that takes your preferences, resources, and unique needs into consideration and utilize strategies that include a nutrient-dense, whole food diet, lifestyle adjustments, and targeted supplementation, as necessary.
